Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation

Current memberships are fixed-period and do not auto-renew. A member may ask us to close the account, but closing an account does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

Nature of payment

The paid-plan amount is a voluntary yearly membership donation to Dharm Raksha Sangh. Once payment is successful, membership is activated and the certificate/benefits are delivered, the donation is final and non-refundable. No refund is provided for change of mind, non-use of membership, account closure, or incorrect information supplied by the member.

Limited exceptions

Only a verified duplicate debit, successful debit where membership was never activated, an incorrect amount caused by our technical error, or a refund required by applicable law may be reviewed. A failed or reversed transaction is not treated as a successfully received donation.

How to request

Contact us within 7 days of payment with your registered email, Razorpay payment ID, order ID and reason. Do not share card details, CVV, OTP or UPI PIN.

Processing time

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take approximately 5-10 working days to reflect the credit after initiation.
