Shipping and Delivery Policy

Digital delivery

Membership is a digital service. No physical item is shipped and no shipping charge applies unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

Delivery time

After a paid transaction reaches captured status, membership, invoice and certificate are normally made available immediately in the member profile and a confirmation email is sent to the registered email address.

Delays

Bank processing, payment verification or email delivery may occasionally cause delay. If access is not available within 24 hours after a successful debit, contact us with the Razorpay payment ID and order ID.
