Information we collect

We collect account and membership information such as name, email, phone, address, profile photograph, selected plan, payment reference, certificate and support communications.

How information is used

Information is used to create and secure accounts, process memberships, verify payments, issue invoices and certificates, send important service messages, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Sensitive card, bank, CVV, OTP and UPI PIN information is entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and is not stored by this website. We retain order ID, payment ID, amount and payment status for accounting and support.

Sharing

Information may be shared with service providers such as Razorpay, email delivery providers, hosting providers and authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Account, invoice and transaction records are retained for operational, accounting, dispute and legal purposes. We use access controls, HTTPS and server-side payment verification; no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may update profile details through your account and contact us for access, correction or deletion requests, subject to records we must retain by law.
